5. Payments
Payment processing is handled through our secure payment partner, Stripe. By using our payment services, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. CocoCloud charges service fees as outlined in our pricing page.
6. Limitation of Liability
CocoCloud provides a platform to connect pet care providers and pet owners. We are not responsible for the actions, services, or conduct of service providers or pet owners. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any services offered through the platform.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
